Weathered by water, wind and sand, modeled by time and elements, whether they come from the sea, the mountains or the forests, rocks intrigue us with their form, their color and their originality. Inspired by those pure sculptures from nature, under the lost wax technique, the original shape guides the creation. The extention of bronze on the stone reminds us of something familiar, a bird. The end result is a fusion of personnality and simplicity. .
Resident of the province of Québec, her artistic path begins with a music formation, piano and violon. Following a university degree , she is fascinated with photography , photo development and painting. Her affection with forms and manuel work leads her to sculpture. A formation in art casting , in the Landes, South of France, brings her to develop an original way to express her astonishment in front of those pure carvings from nature, by combining bronze to the original stones and driftwoods. Her sculptures are part of private collections . Each sculpture is unique and stands with the signature of the artist and the stamp of the art foundry.
